The fourth Global Conference organized by the Co-Chairs' Circle (CCC) will take place in Brussels, Belgium in June 2022, hosted by CEPANI40, the under 40 group of the Belgian Center for Arbitration and Mediation. The CCC is an informal platform for the exchange between young arbitration practitioner groups.
Counsel Jonathan Lim will moderate a panel on the "Legitimacy of Arbitration," discussing challenges to resolving disputes through arbitration in times of geopolitical turmoil, protectionism and national states.
