Virtual
Speaking Engagement

WilmerHale Partners Steve Finizio and Charlie Caher will be presenters for the webinar "The Future of Energy Disputes: Perspectives and Outlook" as part of the virtual Seoul ADR Festival 2021. The session is co-hosted by WilmerHale and Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL).

"The Future of Energy Disputes: Perspectives and Outlook"

The BKL-WilmerHale joint webinar will focus on providing a new perspective on one of the most emerging areas of international arbitration and cross-border disputes: energy disputes. Experienced practitioners from BKL and WilmerHale will provide their insight into the current state and outlook of potential disputes arising from the global and Korean renewable energy and LNG markets.

The webinar will also feature unique business insights for foreign investors and practitioners interested in the Korean renewable energy and LNG markets, including insights on recent market trends and how to effectively address potential disputes.

The webinar will provide a unique opportunity for participants to hear a discussion of these issues from both a domestic and international perspective, coming from two of the most respected law firms in Korea and abroad.

The Seoul ADR Festival

The Seoul ADR Festival (SAF) was first launched in 2015 under the support of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) and since then it has grown into an internationally recognized ADR event.

Composed of various sessions addressing the process of dispute resolution from diverse perspectives, SAF provides a platform for legal professionals, academics, and users to gather and exchange ideas on how to accommodate better the growing demand for ADR services and develop dispute resolution practices around the world.
