Taking Action on Climate Change while Navigating Antitrust Laws

Webinar
Speaking Engagement CLE

The final program in our series of 30-minute webinars on current antitrust topics will feature Rachel Jacobson, a special counsel in WilmerHale’s Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Group, and will focus on the Biden Administration and EU climate change and renewable energy goals. Rachel will be joined by Partner Thomas Mueller, Special Counsel Dr. Oliver Fleischmann and Senior Associate Ben Hanna. We’ll address the antitrust implications surrounding climate reporting and the R&D, infrastructure, and operational collaboration needed to tackle climate change under new regulatory regimes. As always, we will be able to offer a half hour of CLE credit for this session.
