This autumn, Minsk will host the annual Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) for the fourth time. Lawyers from all over the world will unite for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts.
EEDRF will take place during 19-20 September 2019.
The distinctive feature of the forum is its exceptional practical focus, and this year the main topic of discussion will be “Procedural Issues in International Arbitration and State Courts.” Panelists will take a look at the following issues:
- Effective use of expedited proceedings
- Interim measures
- Due process paranoia
- Grounds for revising arbitral awards
