ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) and Young Croatian Arbitration Practitioners (YCAP) organized a joint conference dedicated to arbitral advocacy. This event was a great opportunity for arbitration practitioners in the area to share their experience and exchange views on the latest developments.
Marija Scekic spoke on a panel focused on written advocacy skills. The panel was moderated by Tamara Manasijevic and Ms. Scekic’s co-panellists were Gaelle Filhol, Ana Stanic and Ema Vidak Gojkovic.
