Harvard in Tech will host a Startup Law Panel examining the legal challenges facing tech startups and addressing the nuts and bolts of building a successful tech business with as few legal and regulatory issues as possible. From identifying real pain points for new tech companies to securing proper investment, it will include lawyers in the tech space who have helped build successful businesses before in a vast array of industries.
