This one-day conference from Global Competition Review (GCR) will be held on Tuesday, 6 June 2017 in New York. During the conference, WilmerHale Partner Steven Cherry, along with other panelists, will speak on the topic "Whack-a-mole: Lawyers coordinate on the management of global litigation." Attorneys in and outside the US must coordinate on cartel and conduct matters that implicate the laws of multiple jurisdiction, as both governmental and private actions pop up. The panelists will talk about how management of multi-jurisdictional matters has worked in their experiences; the good examples of how to protect privilege and handle extraterritorial discovery; and the horrible warnings of practices to avoid.
