Filing an Investment Claim: Strategic Choices and Practical Steps

McDermott Will & Emery, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and Goethe University Frankfurt am Main are pleased to invite you to an international conference in connection with the 2017 Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot (FIAM).

The conference is to celebrate 10 years of FIAM and is addressed to the teams competing at this year's FIAM as well as investment arbitration professionals. The focus of the conference is filing an investment claim, which requires extensive preparations, based on deep knowledge of legal framework and on various practical considerations. International speakers will discuss overview of the legal issues at the initial stage of the proceedings as well as provide insights into institutional practices applied to investment arbitrations. The conference will be held in English and is free of charge.
