The Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (IILP) will host an event to discuss what can and is being done to stem the decline in the number of African American partners, prevent a decrease in the number of diverse lawyers in law firms, the strategies law firms are trying to address the problems, and the role of corporate general counsel in resolving these and other diversity and inclusion challenges facing the legal profession.
