The National Institute on US-Canadian Securities Litigation will be the first conference of its kind to bring together leading US and Canadian securities litigators and regulators to discuss cutting-edge developments in the United States and Canada in areas such as securities class actions, shareholder activism, securities regulatory and criminal enforcement, merger and acquisition litigation as well as broker-dealer litigation.
