Annually, Moscow Pre-Moot is preceded by the conference focused on the procedural issues raised by Willem C. Vis Moot organizers in a particular year. In 2016, the conference was devoted to "Document Production and Recovery of Damages."

WilmerHale Senior Associate Marija Scekic discussed the questions concerning "Recoverability of Legal Costs in International Arbitration." She also shared her experience with the participants of Willem C. Vis Moot and addressed questions from the audience in the Pre-Moot Workshop "How to Succeed in Vienna."
