This program brings together private practice lawyers, from solo practitioners to those working at the largest firms, as well as in-house teams and legal professionals who assist them. It will offer insights and techniques for legal project management that lawyers can implement in legal departments or private law practices. Attendees will learn how to implement legal project management tools ranging from stakeholder analysis and scope of work documents to project planning (including risk analysis, communication plans and RACI charts).
