Sarah Licht focuses her practice on antitrust law, including criminal investigations, merger counseling and civil litigation. She maintains an active pro bono practice, including immigration and domestic violence cases. Ms. Licht joined the firm after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. 

Prior to her legal education, Ms. Licht was the director of volunteers at the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge, the annual bike-a-thon in support of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. In her position, she managed more than 3,000 volunteers at different sites throughout Massachusetts.

Ms. Licht is the co-editor of Public Domain, a quarterly newsletter distributed by the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section.
