Molly A. Holsinger



Molly Holsinger is a corporate associate who represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, and venture capital and private equity financings.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Holsinger was a corporate associate at another international law firm. Previously, she was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Ernest Goldsmith of the United States Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco. Ms. Holsinger, in the year prior to her clerkship, was an examiner with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and a legal intern in the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in 2012.
