Jeremy Delman is a senior associate whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and other corporate matters. He has represented public and private clients, including emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, on a variety of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and financings. In addition, he has advised companies on takeover preparedness, securities law compliance and matters related to hedge fund activism.

Prior to joining WilmerHale in 2015, Mr. Delman was in the M&A Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and a corporate attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
