Rebecca Shambaugh, author of It's Not A Glass Ceiling, It's A Sticky Floor, presented a discussion on what really holds women back from achieving their career and whole life goals. In this session, attendees learned proven techniques and tools for addressing one of the more common “sticky floors" for women -- social intelligence and presence. This forum was designed to inspire attendees to take on new behaviors that will enhance their performance as well as increase their credibility, power and influence.
