WilmerHale will hold a seminar about UK and EU Antitrust and International Anti-Corruption law in the firm’s London office, followed by drinks. The seminar will focus on (i) recent developments in UK and EU Competition law, in particular, English Cartel Follow-on Litigation, Merger Control and Market Access, and EU Cartel Investigations and (ii) International Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement. Four panelists, three partners based in Brussels and one special counsel based in London will make presentations and the seminar will be moderated by a Japanese qualified attorney based in Brussels. Simultaneous translation into Japanese will be provided.
