Historically, investors counted on real estate for its favorable risk/return potential, but currently historically high real estate prices and lower yields have challenged this business model. At this event, hosted by TiE, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from speakers who will address the range of issues that the new real estate market presents for two types of investors: those who own properties directly and those who rely on publicly traded real estate securities (REITs).
