The District of Columbia Bar Association Section of Corporation, Finance and Securities Law presented a seminar entitled, "Understanding Records Management: Best Practices for Achieving a Defensible Standard of Care." The program covered the structure and operation of records management as a critical service within enterprise governance-including the need to team with IT, information security, and internal audit and compliance functions.
