In 2008 the United States saw a dramatic increase in bank failures, and economists predict more are headed for trouble this year. This program, entitled “Failing Financial Institutions: Weathering the Storm,” took a look at the rights of depositors and creditors and examine the litigation process. Attendees were also given the opportunity to hear an overview on how financial institutions are weathering the current economic crisis and what happens when they fail.

WilmerHale Counsel Sara Kelsey was a featured speaker at this program.
