IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law's Supreme Court IP Review is designed to provide intellectual property practitioners, jurists, legal academics and law students with a review of IP cases from the US Supreme Court's 2012 term, a preview of cases on the docket for the 2013 term and a discussion of certiorari petitions to watch.
