The Forum was established in 2011 by the Russian Ministry of Justice. In 2012, it was opened by Dmitry Medvedev, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and was attended by delegates from 51 countries.
WilmerHale Counsel Suzanne Spears was a featured speaker at this event, giving a presentation on International Investment Law and Arbitration and participating in a roundtable titled "The Role of Law in Economic Growth."
