This program, presented by the Practising Law Institute, will give attendees the opportunity to hear from their experienced faculty on how to reduce dependency on forms through learning how to identify issues and how to find effective and creative drafting solutions to address those issues. In addition, attendees will hear from litigators about how to draft contracts with enforcement in mind. This program will be particularly essential for practitioners who draft agreements in complex business transactions.
