A day after the State of the Union address, a report of the US- EU High Level Working Group on Jobs and Growth was presented, which recommends to US and EU leaders that the United States and the European Union launch negotiations on a comprehensive, ambitious agreement. This seminar will explore the prospects of finding common ground in a Free Trade Agreement between the EU and US.
