This event, sponsored by theFederation for Belgian Enterprises (FEB) and the University of Liege (ULg) LLM in competition and IP law (www.ieje.net) will bring together Commission officials, legal practitioners, economists and academics to debate on the regulation of distribution and other vertical agreements. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear discussions on the draft proposal for a new Regulation recently released by the European Commission, as well as adraft Notice on vertical agreemeents.
