The Boston Bar Association will present a discussion of the Supreme Court's historic decision in Boumediene v. Bush, which held that prisoners at Guantanamo have a constitutional right to habeas corpus. Counsel for Guantanamo prisoners will discuss the background of the case, the decision, and the future of Guantanamo litigation.
