Ms. Al Kanawati is co-chairing the ASA below 40 & Friends Seminar titled “Beyond the Record: Should Arbitrators Seek Their Own Facts?” The seminar will explore the thorny question of when, if ever, arbitrators may go beyond the record in arbitral decision-making.
