Counsel Laura Powell and Associate Kelley Kling presented on Feet Forward v. Boulder at this year’s National Homelessness Law Center’s Lunch & Learn, held on May 14, 2025, in Washington DC. This year’s session, titled “Beyond Grants Pass: Emerging State Constitutional Challenges to Criminalization of Homelessness,” offered critical insights into the evolving legal landscape following the Supreme Court’s decision in Johnson v. Grants Pass. The presentation addressed legal challenges to anti-camping ordinances and encampment sweeps that have emerged in the wake of the ruling.
