Partners Arianna Evers, Bill Lee and Louis Tompros participated in a panel discussion hosted by Harvard Law School titled “AI and the Practice of Law: Current Issues and Future Implications” on Thursday, February 27. The panel provided an overview of the legal and business risks that attorneys encounter as they navigate the growing use of AI, along with an explanation of the current regulatory landscape. They also explored how AI is being utilized to deliver legal services to clients and the ethical dilemmas that could arise for attorneys when adopting new technologies, and provided practical advice for managing the integration of AI while the law, ethics and norms are still evolving.
