Partners Arianna Evers and Jeff Dennhardt recently spoke to an audience of in-house counsel on a panel titled, “Navigating the Gray Zone: Corporate Counsel and the AI Challenge,” at this year’s Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair. The panel, which was part of the Corporate Counsel Institute, and also featured speakers from Prudential Financial and Trustible, addressed the challenges facing in-house counsel in the current landscape, where AI technologies are evolving rapidly and legal frameworks are struggling to keep pace. The panelists discussed how corporate legal departments can provide sound guidance on the use of AI in the face of legal uncertainty.
