Counsel Nadja Al Kanawati will moderate a joint Young ISTAC and ASA below 40 panel titled “A Look Behind the Curtain - Being an Arbitrator or Tribunal Secretary in Turkish and Swiss Arbitrations” on April 17, 2024, during Istanbul Arbitration Days. The panel will consist of Turkish and Swiss practitioners, aimed at young practitioners and students interested in getting first arbitrator appointments and helpful experience (such as acting as tribunal secretary) to be ready for an appointment.
