On March 15, Senior Associate Miranda Elvidge is speaking on a panel titled, “Arbitrators’ Qualifications And Powers – Expectations Vs. Reality” at the XIV Belgrade Arbitration Conference and the XVI Belgrade Open Pre-Moot. Miranda will present on the topic of summary disposal in international arbitration proceedings. The conference is hosted by the Under 40 Serbian Arbitration Association (SAA), the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and the DIS40.
