ITA Roundtable at UNCITRAL Working Group III

Special Counsel Lauren Mandell will participate in an panel discussion organized by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, on the sidelines of the next session of UNCITRAL Working Group III in Vienna. This panel will discuss States’ Right to Regulate and ISDS Reform. The discussion will examine proposals in UNCITRAL Working Group III that are intended to address concerns that investor-state dispute settlement causes “regulatory chill.”
