CIArb’s London Branch is delighted to invite you to its annual Keynote Speech, which this year will be held online. The speech, "The proper law of the arbitration agreement: A comparative law perspective" will discuss different approaches from jurisdictions around the world to determine the law governing the arbitration agreement, and compare them against the solution in England, following Enka Insaat ve Sanayi A.S. v OOO Insurance Company Chubb [2020] UKSC 38.
