Online Hearings From a Swedish Perspective

This online panel session, organized by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, will address issues relating to the organization of a main hearing via video conference, with a particular focus on the situation in Sweden. Panelists, including WilmerHale Counsel Polina Permyakova, will address:
- Legal and procedural aspects of online hearings when the parties disagree
- Due process, practical and technical issues that should be considered to ensure a successful online hearing
- Existing experience in Sweden from online hearings
