Senior Associate Matthew Ferraro participated in this panel discussion on US foreign policy, which featured remarks by Representative Adam Kinzinger and fellow panelists Lester Munson, former staff director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and Loren Dealy Mahler, a former director on the National Security Council. The National Security Institute at George Mason Law School, where Mr. Ferraro is a visiting fellow, sponsored the event. Mr. Ferraro co-authored a law and policy report on similar issues for the institute earlier this year.
