The conference is organized jointly by UNCITRAL and the Ljubljana Arbitration Centre and will take place at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Tuesday, 9 April 2018. The conference will focus on:
- New instruments for the enforcement of settlement agreements reached through international mediation;
- Expedited proceedings;
- Dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in construction industry;
- Damages in international arbitration.
