Daniel Costelloe taught two guest classes on the University of Leiden Advanced LL.M. course in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration (at the campus in The Hague). His classes addressed the role of institutions in international dispute resolution, with an emphasis on the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the International Court of Justice and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. Mr. Costelloe also walked through the mechanics of instituting ICSID proceedings.
