During this seminar, panelists will review the development of water laws that apply to water quality, quantity and usage; discuss compliance with water quality laws and regulations; provide an overview of Massachusetts' groundwater and surface water rights; examine emerging issues in Massachusetts water disputes; and examine how climate change effects water laws.
