WilmerHale hosted a day-long program in its New York office for graduate students participating in real estate degree programs from New York University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Columbia and Harvard. Participants discussed business objectives and realities for both parties in a commercial loan work-out and deliberation with counsel and negotiation of Loan Modification Agreements.
Partners Doug Burton and Paul Jakubowski participated as speakers during the program.
