WilmerHale Partner Naboth van den Broek will speak about the use of WTO and other international treaty instruments to achieve a company's business objectives during ICADE's International Arbitration Day at Comillas University in Madrid, Spain. The conference, entitled "Investment Arbitration and WTO Litigation at a Crossroads," is focused on Spanish and other European in-house counsel and practitioners, and addresses current issues at the interface of international arbitration and WTO law, including Roundtable discussions on substantive rules, remedies, and the possibility of using multiple fora to address the same set of facts.
