Xiaohan Cai is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Ms. Cai  has advised on and represented clients in commercial arbitrations under a variety of rules (including the SIAC and ICC rules) and governing laws (including Singapore, English, Indonesian and Cambodian law). Ms. Cai has also represented clients in commercial litigation and enforcement proceedings before the Singapore courts. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cai was an associate with a major Singapore law firm.
