Will Harris counsels clients on a wide range of disputes and investigations matters including complex securities, corporate governance and compliance issues. Before attending law school, he worked as a paralegal specialist in the Criminal Section of the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division. While pursuing his undergraduate education, Mr. Harris was a litigation intern at a global law firm.
