Victoria Peluso advises on a wide range of corporate law matters. She represents clients at all stages of growth in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and financial services.

Ms. Peluso joined WilmerHale after two years as an associate at another New York firm, where she represented venture capital funds, private equity clients and a major energy provider in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in corporate governance and disclosure matters. During law school, she interned with the Complex Financial Industries Unit of the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she conducted research and drafted memoranda on a variety of securities law issues. Ms. Peluso also held internships in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Major Crimes Bureau of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
