Victoria Peluso is an experienced corporate lawyer who focuses her practice on corporate governance and securities matters. She advises public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, corporate governance matters, stock exchange requirements and Section 16 reporting. She also has significant experience representing public companies in a range of capital markets matters, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity and debt offerings and PIPE offerings. She also has experience with reverse mergers and SPAC mergers and related securities filings. 

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for another New York firm where she represented venture capital funds, private equity clients and a major energy provider in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in corporate governance and disclosure matters.
