Vandana Apte focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent law work for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She first joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2022.

Ms. Apte built her legal experience as a legal intern in the pharmaceutical industry, a student attorney at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau in Massachusetts, and a legal intern at Pregnancy Justice in New York.
