Urvashi Malhotra focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She began her career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Malhotra was a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Goodwin Liu of the California Supreme Court and a teaching assistant for Stanford University’s Introduction to Legal Studies pre-collegiate summer course. In law school, she participated in both the Mental Health Advocacy Clinic and The Exoneration Project Clinic.

Ms. Malhotra previously worked as a legal assistant for an international law firm. She also interned for the San Francisco Assistant District Attorney’s office in the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault trial unit and was an intern for US Senator Dianne Feinstein in both her California and Washington DC offices.
