Tyler Carson focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters. He has experience with both public and private mergers and acquisition including representation of private equity sponsors and strategic companies. Mr. Carson has substantial experience in cross-border transactions in the life sciences, financial services, technology and consumer goods industries.  Mr. Carson also advises the trading desks of leading financial institutions in connection with deal-contingent hedge transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carson worked with several other large law firms focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has also provided legal consulting for global companies to develop and maintain firm-wide processes managing legal risks. 

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Carson worked within the financial and ecommerce industry and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa.
