Timothy Kolankowski is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. He was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2022. 

During law school, Mr. Kolankowski was a student advocate at Boston University School of Law’s Startup Law Clinic, where he provided pro bono counsel to early-stage student-led business ventures. Mr. Kolankowski also was an honors legal intern for the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a corporate counsel extern with the Ethics Office of Fidelity Investments, and a forensic and compliance intern with Johnson & Johnson.
