Thomas Davis
Senior Associate
Thomas Davis represents clients in a variety of bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters.
Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles Breyer of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. He also was a research assistant to Professor Jared Ellias and an intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
