Tessa Opalach represents clients in the energy, environment and natural resources space facing interactions with regulators, investigations and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Nanette K. Laughrey of the US District Court for the Western District of Missouri. During law school, Ms. Opalach served as a research assistant for three UC Davis law professors and a legal intern in the California State Water Resources Control Board’s Office of Chief Counsel.
